Uninstalling MSEdgeRedirect is straightforward. Go to Settings > Apps > Installed Apps and find MSEdgeRedirect from the list of installed apps and click on the three dots on the right-hand side.

So, select any cell in your formatted Excel table, and in the Insert Tab on the ribbon, click the top half of the split "PivotChart" button.
