One person was pronounced dead and three others injured after a crash Friday morning on Interstate 55 near Pontiac.

Ava Leona Delilah Baker drowned at approximately 2:30 p.m. Saturday afternoon in the Kaskaskia River, approximately 17 miles northeast of Vandalia.
