To install Windows 11 on Oracle VM VirtualBox, install Oracle VM VirtualBox, create a new Virtual Machine, start VM, boot from Windows 11 ISO file, etc.

Sign back into Windows 11, then install the Guest Additions for Oracle VM VirtualBox to enhance its performance. To do this, click the Devices menu and select Insert Guest Additions CD Image.
