A 26-year-old Oswego resident was charged with battery, aggravated assault and criminal trespass after an incident at Walmart on Route 34.

Reader used a crowbar to break a glass window to enter the restaurant, which was closed to business, according to the criminal complaint. He was arrested inside the restaurant, police said.
