After the official release of the update, Mojang studios officially declared that the release of the Java and Bedrock Editions as a unified deal for PC players was available.

During Saturday's Minecraft Live show, it was revealed that both Minecraft's Bedrock and Java Editions would be available as part of Xbox Game Pass for PC.

Mojang Studios have announced the Minecraft PC Bundle, a package deal that will give Xbox Game Pass for PC users access to both the Java Edition and the Bedrock Edition of Minecraft.
