Click once on each of the files you want to move to the virtual desktop. Once the files are highlighted, right-click and select "Copy." Open the virtual desktop and log in, if prompted.

If Title Bar or controls of an open application window moves off-screen or window slides off the Windows 11/10 desktop, use this trick to move or close the application.
