A 15-year-old tried to impress his mates by doing a backflip on a trampoline - but it went horribly wrong when he bounced and ended up on the floor.

Damian Muncaster, from Essex, was enjoying the long weekend with family when his uncle decided to show them how it's done on the trampoline and tried to perform a backflip.
