Gmail Template lets you create email formats that you can repurpose or rehash. You just have to put the recipient name/email address and the rest of the fields will be auto-filled by the template.

This enables templates so that you can create them. Now open Gmail again and click Compose – like you would when writing a normal email. Enter the text that you want to turn into a template.
