Nikeland is an ongoing Roblox experience by sports giant Nike. Released in 2021, this game has received a myriad of updates well after its initial event run.

NIKELAND is the result of a collaboration between Roblox and Nike, who have come together to create a virtual world where gamers can play sports while wearing Nike apparel.

Nike’s digital results – in no small part due to those metaverse experiences – now represent 26% of its total Nike brand revenue.

Roblox (Nike) Meta and Microsoft aren’t the only companies with ambitions for the metaverse. On Thursday, Nike announced a partnership with Roblox to offer a free virtual playspace called Nikeland.
